What We Cover

What We Don’t Cover

- Minor Cosmetic Damages – small scratches, dents, or packaging issues where the product is still fully functional. While these aren’t covered by insurance, our team will always do our best to help where we can — so please reach out if you’re concerned.

- Case ID (if you have already contacted the courier)
