Return Process for Receiving an Incorrect or Damaged ProductUpdated 2 months ago

If you've received an item that doesn't match the product description or a completely different item than advertised, Space General will replace it or offer a full refund, as long as the item is unopened and in pristine condition.

Space General will provide a pre-paid return label for any errors made in your order or with the product you received.

Please note that if the item doesn't align with the listing, we'll need photos of the item you received to resolve the issue efficiently.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  2. You will receive a courier ticket number from us.
  3. Schedule your pickup on the NZ Post site, 'Book a Pickup'.
  4. After scheduling the pickup, mark the old label with an 'X,' write the tracking number or courier ticket number on a separate piece of paper, and securely attach it over the old label using cellophane tape.

Let us know once the item has been collected, and we will track the parcel.
