Warranty 12 Months
- Products sold by Space General will be covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty for at least a one year period from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers all manufacturing faults or defects. It does not cover wear, tear, or damage caused by use, accident, or failure to follow care instructions. The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of the order and is available to the original purchaser of the product only.
- Some of our products come with a longer-term warranty; please refer to our product pages for more details.
10-Year Mattress Warranty
This warranty covers the following defects:
- Visible indentations in the mattress greater than 10 centimetres, as long as they are not caused by using an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base.
- Any physical flaw in the mattress, such as foam splitting or cracking, despite normal use and proper handling.
This limited mattress warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal softening of the foam that does not affect the mattress's pressure-relieving properties.
- Comfort preferences.
- Physical damage or abuse to the structure or cover, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains, where the defect results from such abuse or damage.
- Mattresses sold as “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any similar terms that indicate the mattress is not “new” or “first quality”, or has been previously purchased or used by another customer.
