What is Store Credit?

Store credit is a convenient way for Space General customers to shop with us again! When you return an item, instead of a cash refund, we issue store credit. This credit can be used exclusively at Space General for any future purchases. It's our way of ensuring you have a seamless shopping experience and always find something you love in our collection.

Where to Find It

1. Go to spacegeneral.co.nz.

2. Click on "Account" and log in to your account.

3. Click your "Profile" name in the upper right corner of the page and select "Profile."

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see your store credit.

How to Use It

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Under the "Payment" section, select "Store Credit."

When Does It Expire?

Store credit has no expiration date. You can use it whenever you want.
