Holiday Operating Hours & Shipping Updates

At Space General, we want to keep you informed about our operating hours and shipping schedule during the holiday season so you can plan ahead with confidence!

🎄 2025 Holiday Closing Days

We're Open Every Day Except Public Holidays! Our warehouse and customer service team will be closed on the following public holidays:

• 25th December (Christmas Day)
• 26th December (Boxing Day)
• 1st January (New Year’s Day)
• 2nd January (Day after New Year’s Day)

On all other non-public holidays, our warehouse will operate as usual, and our customer service team will be available to assist you.

🚚 Shipping Schedule

• We will continue to ship orders on all regular weekdays (Monday to Friday), except for the public holidays mentioned above.
• Please note: There may be slight dispatch & delivery delays between Christmas and New Year due to high order volumes and courier demand.
  
  

💻 Customer Service Availability

Our customer service team will be available to assist you on all non-public holidays. If you email us, we will aim to respond within 24 hours during regular operating days.

🗓 Plan Ahead for Your Delivery

To avoid any delays during this busy time of year, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible. While we strive to dispatch your items promptly, courier networks may experience delays during the festive season.
